We found that not all on our mailing list received the last bulletin, and therefore are repeating the January introduction for those who missed out….

Reflecting of what 2006 has brought….We have seen many changes in the work this year at Breathconnection, and I am happy to say that all is well – actually better than well – it’s fantastic! This year saw the first Peak States Level 1 Therapist Training here at Kaivalya Meru, which spurred an interest in the breathwork community to this new type of trauma healing. We’ve just completed the second training here, with 10 participants all keen on continuing the work and with some interested to reach certification level. The move towards grounding the Whole-Hearted Healing and Peak States work in Australia has begun. The Breathconnection Centre is now affiliated with the “Institute for the Study of Peak States” in Australia whose national headquarters has become part of Kaivalya Meru here at Lillian Rock in Northern NSW.

On the breathwork front, this year also saw Whole-Hearted Healing integrate into the annual 30-day retreat with ease. The establishment of Breathwork Trainings International as a registered training organisation is nearing conclusion. Breathconnection is an integral part of the accreditation process in Australia, which will make Breathwork more accessible to the public through a mainstream platform.

April…..Last month, I celebrated my 60 years on the planet. It was a heartfelt weekend gathering with my family, community and generations of breathwork friends. So much love and joy! Thank you to all who celebrated with me, and to those who sent so many beautiful wishes by email and cards.

These seminars are composed of a 4 hour introductory talk in the evening, followed by demonstrations the following morning for those with further interest. This is a great way to begin to understand the world of Peak States Trauma Healing. The demonstration sessions are offered by donation.

This is a training in the Whole-Hearted Healing^TM technique, which is the basis for all of the Institute of Peak States’ healing work. Useful for those who are already practitioners and seeking a new outstanding technique to use with clients, or for those wishing to have a reliable technique to heal their own issues where there is a lack of calm, peace and lightness.

The course focuses on gaining personal experience with the techniques through theory and practice. It explains the biological basis for trauma, and how to know when traumas are fully healed. It explains the usefulness of the triune brain nature of the mind in healing trauma. You will also learn how to use WHH to increase the speed, power and effectiveness of other “energy” therapies like EFT, and techniques for reducing client resistance to healing and for releasing co-dependant patterns.

The first 4 days of this course are dedicated to teaching Whole-Hearted Healing^TM, the Institute's basic regression healing process for trauma, which is the basis for both peak state techniques, our advanced techniques, and our licensed healing processes.

The last 5 days are dedicated to Peak States of Consciousness training, which is the art of restoring or establishing peak states of consciousness in oneself. A peak state is the permanent experience of certain positive states of mind, heart and consciousness, which we loose through traumatic events in pre-natal and pre-cellular development. Certain peak states of consciousness are necessary to learn the advanced WHH and primary cell repair techniques that the Institute also offers.

µ Global Inspiration Conference 2007 June 29^th – July 6^th

Turkey, an ancient country in the Islamic world, the gateway from Europe to the Middle East and Asia will be hosting the 14^th Global Inspiration Conference of the International Breathwork Foundation. In 2007, it will also be celebrating the 800th Anniversary of the birth of Rumi Mevlana, the Sufi Master who taught spiritual and mystical transformation.

Under the conference theme "TURKISH DELIGHT…ONE THOUSAND AND ONE NIGHTS…DANCING WITH THE BREATH…", we will come together in transformational ways with some of today's greatest thinkers.
