



The
Centre has facilities to conduct workshops for up to 30 participants. It is
simple but serves its purpose well. For accommodation there are four bunk-style
rooms with 3 - 8 beds. Four bathrooms including six showers and four toilets.
There is a large and a small seminar hall, set up for Breathwork style retreats
with a well equipped kitchen, an outside dining area and a little lounge and
Internet café, plus a consultation room for individual sessions.

Personal
Retreats are sacred
holidays, time spent with yourself and the guidance of one of our practitioners
who will assist in devising a personal inner work program, suited to your
needs and the time you have set aside for self-caring.
Visitors to the centre

Venue
Hire: The Centre
is available as a day or weekend venue for suitable/compatible group events.
For example: Breathwork events, Yoga or meditation retreats or other spiritually
